8. Intellectual Property

All strategies, frameworks, marketing systems, campaign structures, automation workflows, creative assets, analytical models, documentation, and proprietary methodologies developed, used, or implemented by GrowthCoreSystems remain the exclusive intellectual property of GrowthCoreSystems unless explicitly transferred through a formal written agreement signed by authorized representatives.
